Screenshots Pro 2021.1 - Available Now

ScreenshotAppInDeviceiPad-1.png

The first 2021 update of Screenshots Pro is available now and includes dragging screenshots to other apps, iPhone 12 series device frames, new Sidebar navigation on iPad, and 2 new alternate icons.

iPad users will see the biggest change with draggable screenshots and the introduction of Sidebar, a better way to navigate your screenshots (requires iOS 14). Sidebar also includes shortcuts to frequently used filters and actions.

Also worth nothing is the Screenshots Pro Premium subscription was recently lowered in price to $1.49/month or $14.99/year USD (or equivalent in other markets).

Thanks for choosing Screenshots Pro!

Screenshots Pro 2020.1

Today I’m proud to announce the launch of Screenshots Pro 2020.1 - a brand new version of Screenshot++.

Screenshots Pro includes many new features including the following:

  • Support for iOS 14 and the latest iOS devices

  • System Dark Mode

  • New icon, alternative icons, and app name

  • Share screenshots in device frames

  • The app is now free with optional subscription

Screenshots Pro includes a completely redesigned UI and icon that fits in beautifully with iOS 14 and includes support for screenshots from the latest iOS devices. The app previously rolled its own dark mode but replaces it with Apple’s system dark mode in this version. Screenshots Pro also includes 2 alternate icons, dark mode and classic.

The biggest feature in this release is screenshot device frames. Open a screenshot and press the framing icon to view any iPhone or Apple Watch screenshot in the actual device. Swipe to change between device colours and styles.

This isn’t just a new version, it’s a relaunch of the app. I want to bring Screenshots Pro to as many customers as I can which means making the app a free download. To support ongoing development, Screenshots Pro includes ads with an optional subscription that removes ads and unlocks all features.*

There’s also been extensive work behind the scenes to modernize the app and prepare for future features on the roadmap.

I hope you enjoy Screenshots Pro and can’t wait to hear what you think!

*Alternatively, users can choose to purchase the one-time in-app purchase that removes ads and unlocks all features permanently. (I would preferably be able to charge $5 for the app and charge another $5 every few years but Apple doesn’t allow upgrade pricing.)
